Human Resources Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Generalist will support various HR functions across the employee lifecycle, focusing initially on onboarding and expanding into additional HR specialties over time.

In Short

• Responsible for onboarding & offboarding processes.
• Assist with payroll administration and compliance.
• Manage benefits administration and employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee relations.
• Maintain HRIS and manage data accurately.
• Support talent acquisition and recruiting efforts.
• Assist in performance management and employee training programs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in HR.
• Provide support for First Stop Health services.
• Work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of HR experience with expertise in at least one HR specialty.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
