Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical recruitment required.
  • Familiarity with clinical job functions and terminology.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize critical issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in deadline-oriented environments.
