Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team who will directly impact the candidate experience as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team.

In Short

• Supporting all talent acquisition functions for Mexico, US and Canada open roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal interview teams.
• Coordinate pre-brief and debrief meetings with interview participants and hiring managers.
• Update the teams “open position” channel with weekly spotlight jobs.
• Support the hiring managers with adding requisitions in Greenhouse.
• Sourcing; partnering with teammates as needed.
• Monitor and respond to “recruiting inbox”.
• Monitor employee referral process.
• Update Greenhouse system access for new hires.
• Support TA projects and deliverables for various initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment support role.
• Passionate about people and creating a positive employee experience.
• Detail and process oriented, well organized, proactive problem solver.
• Tech savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly flexible and motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication skills - English written and verbal.
• Required to reside in Mexico.
