Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a call center or medical office setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
