Our client builds sophisticated AI voice agents for restaurants, salons, and repair shops, allowing business owners to automate calls, bookings, and orders while maintaining a natural, human-like experience. We are looking for a high-energy, solution-oriented professional to bridge the gap between technical onboarding and world-class support.

In Short

  • Run calls with new customers to translate their workflows into structured AI setups.
  • Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails for live support.
  • Troubleshoot real-time voice agent issues creatively.
  • Document cases in Salesforce and communicate via Slack.
  • Identify recurring friction points to help improve the product.
  • Gather full context on technical glitches and own the resolution.
  • 2–5+ years in customer support or high-touch SaaS roles.
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous situations and prioritize cases.
  • Bonus points for experience with Salesforce, Intercom, or OpenPhone.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple active cases and maintain accuracy.
