Overview

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (C1/C2)
  • 2–5+ years in customer support or SaaS roles
  • Experience handling escalations with professionalism
  • Strong conversational ability
  • Quick thinker
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
