Requirements

  • Passionate about delivering great customer support.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience in a support/service role, preferably in financial services.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to work Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am-6 pm EST.
  • Interest in financial technology.
  • Experience in training or coaching is a plus.
