This strategic role blends product thinking with a deep understanding of data and reporting infrastructure, playing a key part in building the trust layer of reporting at First Stop Health.

• Lead the enterprise reporting function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience in Analytics or product management.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or health tech.
• Proven project management experience.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills.
• Comfort in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with PowerBI and SQL.
• Understanding of BI tools and modern data stacks.
