1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice.

Since then, we’ve grown into a diverse, national network of over 45,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software and have served over 1 million patients. In Short

  • Identify key opportunities for business improvement through a combination of analytics, qualitative insights and good business sense.
  • Lead strategic and operational projects to tackle most challenging problems within the growth organization.
  • Streamline cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders across the company.
  • Design and build foundations for a variety of 0-1 initiatives.
  • Drive the build, execution, monitoring & ongoing improvement of scalable processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in analytical problem solving, operational rigor, and complex problem solving.
  • Experience in strategic management consulting or Business Operations/Strategy roles in high growth startups.
  • Thrives in the unknown and seeks opportunities to dive into unfamiliar challenges.
  • Self-starter with the ability to distill complex problems into simple solutions.
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to drive complex analyses into actionable insights.
