• Manage and resolve provider escalations efficiently.

• Own provider escalation investigation and remediation processes.
• Conduct trend analysis of provider complaints and design risk mitigation processes.
• Draft responses to patient and provider inquiries.

Requirements

• Background in clinical operations or clinical risk management.
• Experience in health tech is a plus.
• Creative thinker with a passion for behavioral health quality.

• Proven problem-solving skills in workflow optimization.
