Overview

The Senior Clinical Trial Associate (Sr. CTA) plays a critical role in supporting Clinical Operations and project teams within a clinical stage biotech company focused on drug discovery for central nervous system disorders.

In Short

• Support clinical trial management and operations.
• Interact with clinical staff, site staff, and vendors globally.
• Manage requests for study system access.
• Coordinate materials for meetings and presentations.
• Maintain and update contact information for study teams and vendors.
• Assist in planning and executing study-specific meetings.
• Ensure completeness of documents in Trial Master Files (TMF).
• Develop study-related trackers for clinical operations.
• Participate in clinical data review as needed.
• Travel up to 35% for project needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years of clinical operations or trial management experience.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and drug development processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
