Overview

The Senior Clinical Trial Associate is responsible for providing support to Guardant Health customers and ensuring adherence to clinical trial protocols while maintaining strong relationships with external partners.

• Respond to inquiries regarding clinical trial orders.
• Review and adhere to clinical trial protocols.
• Maintain relationships with clinical trial sites.
• Educate and train study sites as needed.
• Assist in training new employees on clinical trial processes.
• Support testing of new software programs.
• Ensure team Turn-Around Times are met.
• Identify trends and report to leadership.
• Mentor new hires.
• Assist with administrative duties.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Clinical Science or related field preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Experience with clinical trials preferred.
• Salesforce.com and LIMS experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
