Requirements

• Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, or related fields.
• 12+ years of experience in industry or academia.
• Strong background in statistics and probability.
• Experience with genomic and epigenomic data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and related data visualization packages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Capable of working west coast (PST) hours.
• Experience with version control tools (git, GitHub).
• Familiarity with high-performance computing infrastructures preferred.
