Requirements

• Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of industry/academia experience.
• Strong background in statistics and probability.
• Experience with genomic/epigenomic NGS data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and statistical/ML packages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work west coast (PST) hours.
• Familiarity with high-performance computing and AWS.
• Experience with git and GitHub.
• Background in cancer genomics preferred.
