Overview

Natera is seeking an innovative and driven bioinformatics scientist to lead and conduct cutting-edge "real-world evidence" analyses and predictive analytics across organ health, oncology, and women’s health datasets. This unique role blends expertise in bioinformatics, project management skills, and a keen eye for visualizing complex data in an impactful way to advance our understanding and application of genomics in a real-world setting.

• Lead bioinformatics analysis of large-scale cancer and germline genomics datasets.
• Develop innovative data visualization strategies using tools like R and Python.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in bioinformatics and genomics data analysis.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Expertise in predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
• Knowledge of translational medicine and/or biotech industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple objectives.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with high impact.
