Requirements

  • 2-3 years of account management experience in molecular diagnostics.
  • Experience with major cancer centers and oncology practices.
  • Demonstrated revenue generation in diagnostics or biotech.
  • Consultative selling skills and ability to engage executives.
  • Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics and reimbursement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Outstanding communication and strategic planning skills.
  • Frequent travel (>50%) required.
