Overview

This is an opportunity to join the growing Oncology Sales commercial team at Guardant Health as an experienced field-based Account Executive and work hand in hand with sales leadership to drive market sales strategy and business expansion for Oncology healthcare providers and offices.

  • Implement laboratory services agreements.

  • Identify and develop partnering opportunities with oncology clients.
  • Promote compliance with web-based molecular information tools.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape within assigned accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance to ensure objectives are met.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan for the territory.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting.
  • 3-5 years of experience with major cancer centers and oncology practices.
  • Demonstrated revenue generation in diagnostics or biotechnology.
  • Ability to engage in a consultative selling process.
  • Comfortable communicating at the executive level.
  • Strong understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of oncology and molecular diagnostics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
