Overview

This role supports the Clinical Trial Lead in planning and implementing clinical operations deliverables, focusing on site management and monitoring for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and project specifications.

• Assist the Clinical Trial Lead in managing clinical operations.
• Serve as the regional clinical lead for North America.
• Handle site management from start-up to close-out.
• Track monitoring activities and metrics.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Review clinical data for quality and compliance.
• Support the creation of Investigator Site Files.
• Maintain project-related data in CTMS and SharePoint.
• Assist with project meetings and documentation.
• May involve overnight travel.

Requirements

• University degree in life sciences or related field.
• Three years of clinical research experience.
• One year of clinical operations experience at a CRO or pharma.
• Experience with oncology clinical trials.
• Knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
