• Analyze large multimodal datasets to develop new AI-powered clinical reports.

Requirements

• MS/PhD degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience working with genomic or clinical data.
• Outstanding data analysis skills for powering machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms used in genomics and clinical research.
• Strong programming skills in Python and the clinical+molecular data science stack.
• Strong database and SQL skills.
• Experience with engineering best practices for research computing.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in communicating insights to diverse audiences.
• Team player mindset and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
