Overview

The Director of Reimbursement Strategy & Analytics will play a critical role in driving reimbursement strategy with a primary focus on improving Average Sales Prices (ASP) through in-depth analytics of claim data.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle analytics.
• Experience leading people and projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate raw data into practical insights.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL and dashboard experience desirable.
• Creative problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across departments.
