Overview

The Director of Strategic Analytics will manage all aspects of BlueLabs’ client analysis needs, guiding hard analysis, providing quality control oversight, and reviewing client-facing materials.

In Short

• Lead analysts on quantitative research projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in advanced analytics leadership.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and experimental designs.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R.
• Ability to visualize and communicate data-driven solutions.
• Proven success in data analysis under tight deadlines.
• Strong technical communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
