In Short

• Responsible for leadership and oversight of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
• Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities across multiple regions.
• Ensure clinical deliverables are met according to contract, budget, and timelines.
• Develop monitoring plans and site monitoring tools.
• Manage trial start-up and site activation processes.
• Conduct project co-monitoring and site management as needed.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to CRA team.
• Oversee trial materials and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Participate in trial audits and inspections.
• Manage client expectations and provide input into proposals.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical trial management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in clinical trial management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
