Clinical Trial Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to join the Clinical Operations team at Apogee Therapeutics, responsible for the operational management and execution of global clinical trial programs.

In Short

• Accountable for global clinical trial programs (Phases I-III).
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee partnerships with CROs and vendors.
• Manage study scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
• Develop and manage clinical trial documents.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory requirements.
• Perform periodic quality checks of the Trial Master File (TMF).
• Lead and coach Clinical Trial Associates.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical site staff.
• Position requires up to 25% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of clinical project management experience.
• Experience conducting international clinical trials.
• Solid understanding of the drug development process.
• Experience with budget forecasting and management.
• Proficiency in overseeing complex studies.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use clear judgment.
• Collaborative team-player with excellent communication skills.
