Clinical Trial Manager - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) will provide clinical study support to the Clinical Program Manager/Study Management Team Lead (SMTL) for one or more clinical studies, ensuring efficient delivery of clinical trials in a matrix environment.

• Manage operational aspects of low to medium complex clinical trials.
• Review essential documents for study/site initiation.
• Maintain accurate sponsor/site correspondence.
• Track patient enrollment and site performance.
• Ensure compliance with ICH GCP and regulations.
• Support development of clinical study plans and documents.
• Assist in setup and review of clinical TMF.
• Coordinate with CRO and SMTL for oversight.
• Participate in training and evaluation of study personnel.
• Contribute to process improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
• 5+ years of related industry experience.
• 2+ years of trial management experience, preferably in oncology.
• Understanding of clinical trial terminology and activities.
