Overview

The Director, Clinical Pharmacology (CP) at Arcus is responsible for leading clinical pharmacology activities for small molecule and biotherapeutics in Phase 1-3 of clinical development, including study design, execution, analysis, and regulatory communication.

  • Expertise in quantitative PKPD skills.
  • Knowledge of drug development and clinical pharmacology principles.
  • Experience with modeling and simulation software (e.g., NONMEM, S-Plus/R).
  • Strong communication skills with a publication track record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables.
  • Experience in cross-functional team communication.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 15%).
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Self-motivated and able to anticipate project challenges.
