Director of Clinical Pharmacology - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Director, Clinical Pharmacology, to join our growing Clinical Development team and help build quantitative capabilities in the Clinical Pharmacology group.

In Short

• Lead clinical pharmacology programs in immunology & inflammation.
• Provide strategic planning for drug development activities.
• Develop and implement quantitative approaches to drug development.
• Collaborate with various functions including clinical operations and regulatory affairs.
• Analyze and report clinical PK/PD data.
• Author clinical pharmacology sections of regulatory documents.
• Maintain understanding of PK and PD literature.
• Work proactively in a dynamic environment.
• Lead cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 15-20% for meetings.

Requirements

• PhD or PharmD in clinical pharmacology or pharmaceutical science.
• 5+ years of industry experience in clinical drug development.
• Experience in developing clinical pharmacology plans.
• Knowledge of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic principles.
• Experience in biologic drug development preferred.
• Fluency in model-informed drug development.
• Experience with external CROs.
• Proficient in PK/PD modeling software.
• Strong project management skills.
