The Vice President, Business Development (VP, BD) leads regional growth by managing the US Business Development (BD) and Global Account Development (AD) teams and partnering closely with operations.

Requirements

  • Proven CRO sales leader with executive presence.
  • Strong track record of converting pipelines into contracts.
  • Experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
  • Ability to partner with Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management.
