In Short

• Coordinating and managing CRA activities across all geographies.
• Oversight of critical documentation collection, maintenance and filing.
• Develop the Monitoring Plan and site monitoring templates.
• Review trial-specific documents and develop subject-facing materials.
• Selection of investigators and sites; SEV report review and approval.
• Manage trial close-out and identify critical activities for efficiency.
• Provide information and input about planned activities to PM.
• Conduct project co-monitoring and site management as needed.
• Coach and mentor CRA team, providing performance feedback.
• Monitor and manage trial materials supplies.
