Clinical Services Leader - Remote

Overview

As the Clinical Services Leader at Verana Health, you will help shape the future of healthcare. Reporting to the Senior Director of Practice Experience, you will lead our services focused on delivering Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) consulting to healthcare organizations. Your leadership will promote client engagement, project management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring seamless reporting and optimization for our clients.

In Short

• Stay updated on MIPS regulations and provide expert guidance on strategy and optimization to enhance client success.
• Offer consulting and education to assist practices in understanding and following MIPS program requirements.
• Partner with teams to ensure compliance with Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) criteria while maintaining relationships with physicians and office staff.
• Empower team members through skill development, enhancing their confidence, product knowledge, and professional growth.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a consulting environment specific to MIPS or quality data reporting.
• Experience with the CMS Quality Payment Program, including electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs) and MIPS Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs).
• Experience guiding clinicians through MIPS reporting and compliance.
• Project management skills.
• Relevant experience in therapeutic areas such as Ophthalmology, Neurology, or Urology.
• Certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar.
• Project management certifications.
• Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
