Overview

The Global Services Leader is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and management of offshore services and client delivery for our RCMS service lines. This role is critical in expanding the scope and scale of our global services, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or global service delivery.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
