Clinical Services Trainer - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Services Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive clinical training program that fosters a trauma-informed culture and promotes evidence-based practices for all clinical roles within Outpatient programs.

In Short

• Create training materials, manuals, and develop e-learning modules.
• Lead and deliver training to clinical staff on treatment planning and documentation.
• Work with Quality Improvement department to identify trends from clinical chart reviews.
• Conduct ongoing training needs analysis and develop appropriate action items.
• Assess the effectiveness of all training initiatives through employee feedback.
• Provide clinical and system consultation to program teams.
• Establish ongoing essential learning curriculum for all clinical staff.
• Participate in staff development related to equity and inclusion.
• Oversee program activities ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external systems to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Two years' experience working with children/adolescents in a mental health setting.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
• Experience with e-learning highly preferred.
• Knowledge of adolescent developmental issues and trauma.
