Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctorate in a quantitative discipline such as Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or related field.
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors.
• 5+ years of managing research study teams with strong leadership skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of biostatistics and epidemiology principles.
• Proven ability in team resource allocation and capacity estimation.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience in ophthalmology, urology, or neurology.
• Familiarity with health data analytics tools, particularly SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience with clinical datasets and coding systems.
