1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people.   • Support Growth & Sales objectives by equipping teams with necessary tools.
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for marketing campaigns.
  • Strengthen the Provider Community to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Implement structured experimentation and optimization strategies.
  • Leverage AI to maximize efficiency in marketing workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams for effective enablement.
  • Drive engagement and retention through multi-channel marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with leadership in go-to-market strategy.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Strong skills in positioning and messaging for targeted audiences.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Growth teams.
  • Data-driven with experience in structured experiments and A/B tests.
  • Experience in building community programs for growth and retention.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing efficiency.
