Overview

The Revenue Lead is a critical contributor to the company’s financial performance, responsible for maintaining and analyzing revenue and supply models to drive strategic insights.

In Short

  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage revenue forecasts, budgets, and financial models.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue growth and sales performance.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data and market trends.
  • Lead monthly variance analysis to uncover trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Prepare insightful commentary for management and board-level presentations.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
  • Partner with the Strategic Transformation team to automate processes.
  • Build tools to help stakeholders understand revenue growth initiatives.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios.
  • Consult for cross-functional revenue-driving initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant finance role.
  • CFA or CPA designation preferred.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and pricing models.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong relationship-management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in two-sided marketplace businesses considered an asset.
