Overview

As an Account Manager at Flipp, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction to drive retention and growth.

  • Own all communication to build strong relationships with external partners.
  • Lead internal and external meetings with well-defined topics.
  • Oversee analytics and reporting, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Manage the execution of retailer projects across various functions.
  • Share knowledge of account-specific and Flipp-specific topics.
  • Support Account Executives with retailer strategy.
  • Build decks for monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Monitor and report on Flipp distribution budget.
  • Work cross-functionally to execute retailer requests.
  • Educate retailers on performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in a relevant industry/position (CPG, retail sales, ad tech).
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in advertising technology or CPG.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Project and process management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
