Overview

The Account Manager is the main point of contact for existing clients, focused on expanding client adoption through proactive engagement and support.

In Short

  • Schedule and conduct business reviews with clients.
  • Lead product inquiry and discovery calls.
  • Own client relationships and serve as a project manager.
  • Coordinate with Technical Support for post-sales features.
  • Monitor client usage and provide regular updates.
  • Participate in client kickoff and scoping calls.
  • Prepare proposals for upgrades and additional licenses.
  • Support clients during the renewal process.
  • Expand usage of services to other departments.
  • Maintain accurate data within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in B2B SaaS sales/support or strong product understanding.
  • Ability to learn client use cases and challenges quickly.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to set appointments with clients.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Agile learner with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
