• Own and maintain the comprehensive product user guide.
• Become an expert in user guide software.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Research and recommend tools for internal process documentation.
• Assist with change management initiatives.
• Promote the use of knowledge bases.
• Continuously evaluate knowledge management initiatives.
• Gather feedback from internal teams.
• Support additional initiatives as assigned.
• Drive the ongoing evolution of team documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in knowledge management or technical writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with knowledge management tools.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and technology.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with change management methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
