Overview

The Product Manager, Marketing Cloud & Web will play a pivotal role in expanding our Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration and evolving our API and web application. This role is essential in shaping the future of Mogli’s platform, ensuring seamless communication experiences for our enterprise clients.

• Drive the execution of Mogli's integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Define and manage the API roadmap.
• Oversee the evolution of Mogli's web application.
• Create and maintain internal product documentation.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Collaborate to develop and communicate the product roadmap.
• Plan and manage product releases.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the engineering team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of product management experience in a B2B2C SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing and evolving web applications.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in backlog grooming, roadmap planning, and release management.
• Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience creating user journeys and internal product documentation.
