In Short

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess organizational readiness to accommodate changes.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies, plans, and key messaging for large-scale organizational transformations.
• Lead change management efforts, mentor team members, and support leadership in executing change initiatives.
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide communications coaching and strategy development.
• Support the implementation or updates of SAP and healthcare-related systems.

Requirements

• Certification in Organizational Change Management.
• PRINCE2 Foundation level or higher certification.
• 10+ years of experience as an Organizational Change Management Specialist.
• 10+ years of experience developing communications strategies for large-scale changes.
• 5+ years in a leadership role, including mentoring OCM and communications teams.
• 5+ years working as a communications lead, advising senior leadership.
• 2+ years of experience implementing or updating SAP.
• 1+ year of experience supporting OCM initiatives for Allscripts.
• 1+ year of experience leading OCM for Lab Orders integrations.
