We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the data migration and management efforts for a major SAP S/4HANA migration project. If you have a deep understanding of data architecture, data management, and ETL tools, along with a proven ability to work across business functions, we want to hear from you!

In Short

• Lead the data migration strategy for transitioning from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Architect and implement solutions for ETL data from legacy systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and data owners for data accuracy and quality.
• Develop and implement data migration plans and methodologies.
• Oversee data assessment and mapping activities.
• Create Data Strategy, Data Cleansing, and Data Volume Management plans.
• Establish a data staging environment for data cleansing.
• Define master data governance processes with business data owners.
• Support and monitor data validation and migration testing.
• Provide guidance on data security standards and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data migration projects.
• 5+ years of experience in an Enterprise Data Architect role.
• Expertise in data architecture and data integration platforms.
• Proficiency with at least one Enterprise ETL tool.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration is desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
