Organizational Change Management Lead - Contract - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support large-scale organizational transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, subject matter experts, project teams, and senior government staff to drive successful change adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• PROSCI Change Management Certification or ACMP Certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in leading organizational change initiatives.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
