• Work on large scale international business transformation programs.
• Focus on organization transformations, digital- and ERP implementations.
• Guide clients on their change journey.
• Develop and implement change strategies & plans.
• Conduct change impact- and change readiness assessments.
• Manage client stakeholders on all levels.
• Plan and execute communications.
• Organize training programs.
• Contribute to the development of Organizational Transformation methodology.
• Participate in proposal creation and service offerings development.

Requirements

• Experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Proven track record in digital transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop change strategies.
• Experience in training and communication planning.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in business process outsourcing is a plus.
