• Exceptional communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Full OCM Consultant ‘Toolkit’ with a track record of delivering change impact assessments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing Organizational Change Management Projects.
• Assertive, decisive, adaptable, and passionate about work.
• Preferred experience in a ‘Big 4’ or specialist SAP Consulting Firm.
