Tenthpin is seeking a talented, client-facing and collaborative Senior OCM Consultant to join us as we continue our rapid growth. The successful applicant will have exceptional Organisational Change Management and People Leadership Experience, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that add real value to our clients.

Requirements

• Possess the full OCM Consultant ‘Toolkit’, with a track record of delivering Change impacts assessment and Effective communication strategies.
• Exceptional Stakeholder management across all levels.
• Experience in managing Organizational Change Management Projects.
• Assertive, decisive, adaptable, energetic, and passionate about work.
• Proven track record in a ‘Big 4’, Major ‘SI’ or specialist SAP Consulting Firm.
• Experience in Life Sciences or process manufacturing industries is advantageous.
• Fully bilingual in Japanese and English.
