Requirements

• Possess the full OCM Consultant ‘Toolkit’, with an exceptional track record of delivering Change impacts assessment, Business readiness evaluation, Effective communication strategies.
• Exceptional Stakeholder management across all levels.
• Demonstrable experience in managing Organizational Change Management Projects.
• Assertive, decisive, adaptable, energetic, and passionate about your work.
• A proven track record in a ‘Big 4’, Major ‘SI’ or specialist SAP Consulting Firm preferred.
