Organizational Change Management Lead - Remote

Overview

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will lead the change management efforts for a utilities client’s SAP implementation within a Work and Asset Management program, focusing on stakeholder engagement and managing the organizational impact of system and process changes.

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Education in Business Administration or related field.
• PROSCI Change Management Certification required.
• Additional certifications like PMP or Agile are a plus.
