Senior Business Analyst – Compliance Training - Remote

Overview

Our client in the utilities industry is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong compliance background to support the planning, customization, and deployment of corporate ethics training.

In Short

• Serve as the point of contact for ethics training initiatives and compliance-related learning programs.
• Coordinate with a third-party vendor to customize training content and delivery schedules.
• Oversee the end-to-end deployment of ethics training in Workday.
• Partner with internal compliance, HR, and IT teams.
• Track and report on training completion and participation metrics.
• Provide subject matter expertise on compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on compliance.
• Experience managing training implementation using Workday.
• Strong understanding of corporate ethics and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent vendor coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, or related field preferred.
