Overview

An ERP HCM Business Process Analyst is needed to support the ERP modernization initiative by mapping and assessing HR workflows, aiding vendor selection, and providing insights for system capabilities.

• Conduct interviews with HR stakeholders to document existing workflows.
• Map processes related to onboarding, time and attendance, benefits, and recruitment.
• Identify inefficiencies and gaps in current tools.
• Create business requirements for HCM and ATS platforms.
• Document findings for vendor evaluation and system selection.
• Collaborate with the ERP Project Manager on recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR operations, recruiting, or HRIS/ATS support.
• Experience with HCM ERP systems.
• Proficiency in documenting workflows and stakeholder insights.
• Familiarity with Workday, SAP, Oracle, and similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work remotely.
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
