Overview

The Business Process Analyst role involves analyzing business operations and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency. The incumbent will support business unit needs through in-depth problem solving and project management.

• Experience with business process mapping and analysis.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Understanding of business requirements and technology alignment.
• Travel may be required occasionally.
