Business/Process Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Business/Process Analyst to join the team in the UK on a 3 month contract, responsible for leading the re-design and documentation of cross-functional processes as part of the Trustonic End-to-End Process review.

• Join Trustonic as a Business/Process Analyst on a 3 month contract.
• Lead the re-design of cross-functional processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to document and improve processes.
• Attend a kick-off workshop in Winnersh.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights.
• Define and document processes ensuring stakeholder sign-off.
• Manage interdependencies between processes.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Programmes.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a business or process analyst.
• Proven experience in business change and transformation.
• Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with key stakeholders.
• Experience in establishing KPIs and success metrics.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Undergraduate degree in business or similar discipline preferred.
• Change Practitioner certification and Lean Six Sigma qualification are advantageous.
